Whizz Kidz

ByJbWwEIgAAKRvaOn Monday, at the Labour Party Conference in Manchester, I met with Whizz Kidz ambassador Aaron to discuss the work of the charity, and what more Government can do to help young people access their independence.

Whizz Kidz are a brilliant charity, and I have worked with them for a number of years now. I fully support their campaigns to improve the services for young disabled people in the country.

It is appalling that some children have to wait years to get a wheelchair and this is something that we need to take action on as soon as we can to ensure every child is treated with respect and given all the opportunities they deserve.

It was a great pleasure to meet Aaron, what an inspiration he is!
